We at Distriphil, we want to embed the culture of express our emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental energies.  If you have noticed, these four dimensions are present in all of our employee engagement activities. One of the employee engagement activity that we recently launched is the 2^nd Innovation Festival.

All Distriphil employees were invited to participate in the launch last July 19, 2022, via MS Teams. The program started with the welcoming remarks from the Human Resource and Organization Development (HROD) Head, Ms. Suzanne Crisanto. She also discussed what is the meaning of Innovation and its importance in the organization. Our Associate Training Manager, Ms. Berna Rodelas discussed the Innovation Festival Mechanics and groupings.

Innovation Festival invites each department to participate and submit their Innovative project idea. Each group will be given enough time to present to Distriphil Leadership Team (DLT) their innovation project. The winning group representative of each department will win a cash award, automatic nomination in the Superhero award and implementation of their project.
